Any advice for sudden cravings for specific food?
I have had a lot of these lately, and cave into them frequently. Have gained 4 pounds back and feel I need a little motivational poke from my tumblr friends.

I have decided not to weigh myself until I like...
That glass scale is going in a box in the cabinet until I’m ready for it. The number is not what’s important, it’s the ability for me to care about myself and be satisfied with the way I look. I never want to hit what truly makes me happy, but push myself too far just to meet a number quota. Sometimes there are other things that are more important.
